Amazing product. Easy to digest.

It was hard for me to find an iron supplement that would not cause abdominal pain or constipation. I finally found chelated iron and it has been working great for me.

Quality matters! And this is great!

I had been taking drugstore iron for 6 months when I had my first labs with Root. My ferritin levels hadn't budged at all...in SIX MONTHS. After tossing that and taking this consistently--my levels are on the rise. Quality matters!

Quickly raised my ferritin

I’ve been taking Gentle Iron for 2.5 months, and along with some dietary changes, my ferritin has gone up 10 points. These are small capsules, easy to swallow and don’t leave an irony taste in your mouth. Hey also haven’t caused constipation as some iron supplements tend to do.

Great supplement
